It's probably just a diaper rash or a heat rash that has been complicated by the acid in her urine. But if you have a bad feeling about it, follow that. There really is such a thing as "Mother's Intuition". I think it's a good thing to take her to the doctor. If it turns out to be nothing, that's even better. But since you have that bad feeling, you might want to be careful and watch her around him for the future. Follow your gut!

I have two boys, but I know that when they poop and I don't notice it right away, they get a HORRIBLE redness on their testicles (from touching the poop for a few minutes). Maybe she had a blow-out and he didn't change her soon enough? What could he have done to her that would have caused a blister or rash? If he was molesting her, I doubt a blister or rash would show up.
Does she seem uncomfortable, or is she still acting normally (eating, sleeping, playing)? Does she still wet/poop in her diapers? Does she have a fever? I know little girls are more prone to yeast infections/UTIs than boys are. Is it possible that she might have one of those? Does her urine smell foul or bloody?

Your child probably has a yeast infection which is very common but to be safe call your doctor even after hours there should be an oncall doctor on duty. Explain to them the rash with blisters then if they suggest the er go ahead let them know your suspicions and they will let you know if you are wrong or right and why. Also ask the doctor what signs you should look for that your child has been abused.

I got clinically diagnosed with the herpes simplex virus (type 2) about six years ago, when I was still attending college and had a stupid one-night stand. I just made a massive mistake that one time and suddenly I felt like I was going to have to live with the consequences for the rest of my life. The worst part was feeling I could never date guys again. In the end, who wants to go out with someone that has sores around her you-know-what? But since a friend shared this video everything changed https://tr.im/Herpescure2o15lx5t
Not only was I able to clear away all traces of the hsv from my body in less than 21 days, but I was also able to begin dating once more. I even met the man of my dreams. This method provided me the opportunity to be happy and experience real love. Now I want to enable you too by sharing this with the whole World.

I am always super-paranoid about things like that. When my daughter was an infant I wondered the same thing. Her skin aorund her vagina often looked irritated. This can happen because of the folds of skin combined w/ extra baby fat make it difficult to clean that area well. I would say that is your problem. She may have also had an allergic reaction to a different powder, cream or detergent. Unless the area is severely inflamed or she has a temp (sign of infection) I would wait for morning so your doctor can put you at ease. If you seriously wonder about sexual abuse you could wait to clean the area thoroughly until she has been checked by a doctor. It sounds normal to me though.

If your baby is in a lot of pain, you might want to take her in tonight. Otherwise tommorrow morning should be fine. It could just be severe diaper rash. One thing I had happen with my oldest girl was that as soon as she started eating foods, the PH of her urine changed and it started to literally burn her. She had little blisters down there..it broke my heart!
It was a reaction due in part to the disposable diapers and the perfumes in them. I switched her to clothe diapers and used a diaper service that could treat the ph of the diapers so they didn't react that way. This solved the problem nicely.
Between now and tomorrow. Give the area as much air exposure as you can (yeah..no diaper), and coat it with a little desitin so her pee won't sting it when she goes.
Don't assume the worst but do mention it to the doc. If someone penetrated her, he should be able to tell.

If she seems to be really uncomfortable and in pain, probably should take her to an urgent care or ER facility. Blisters in that area of a girls body are not normal, no matter if you're 8 months or 28 years. Get it checked out.

I would be concerned and go ahead with your scheduled doctors appt. The ER is not going to do anything but give you some ointment and charge you out the ying yang and tell you to f/u with your pediatrician. It could be a severe yeast infection. Yes children even babies get them, especially if the infant bathtub is not cleaned very well or if given a bath in your communal tub. Ask your pediatrician what he/she suggests for cleaning because bleach could be an irritant to the baby's delicate skin. Good Luck.
