I have movies ripped onto my hard drive, but I want to add subtitles before I burn them. I found one program, but it requires me to burn it onto one disc then do a bunch of crap and burn it onto another disk. I don't feel like spending that much money to do it that way, if there is an easier way.

I'm not sure what y'all are talking about, so maybe I didn't clarify. I need subtitles actually on the disc. English subtitles for my friend who is deaf. The movies I have on the computer do not have menus to add subtitles and I can't just turn subtitles on on the TV. So I need to add subtitles to the actual movie before I burn it onto a disc.

My friend uses a program called BSPlayer to put subtitles on ripped movies. You can go to other sites to download subtitles for the movie and if you put this subtitle file in a folder with the movie file BSPlayer will display the subtitle as well. BSPlayer is ad-supported so you'll get ads unless you pay for the Pro version.

The only thing I know is that my brother says you can burn off the TV, and use their subtitles. Like on the spanish channel, or a chinese movie with english subtitles.
