I can't say much I would need to read it, but if you where underage when you sign any legel paper then it doesn't count, It is void. if you where underage the law states that you aren't able make that choice. Or if someone got you drunk in the perpose to have you sign a contract, would void the contract. Or lf your not of sound of mind, such as bi-polar, etc. Or you where forced to sign it would be void. Or last but not lease, if you where on drug street or under doc. med. for depression, then you where not allowed to sign any paper since you where not of sound mind.
But I am not going to tell you to brake any laws but if you got a layer and told him that one of the things happen. Then you would have a nice pay day. Then look me up when your done. I love to travel.

You need to get a lawyer, prenups are usually iron clad but a lawyer can tell you your rights. If you didn't work throughout the marriage and he was the provider you are entitled to alimony and if you have kids child support. Depending on the state in which you live you might be entitled to half the stuff acquired after your marriage.
See a lawyer and good luck.

Maybe, there are things that can void a prenup. Is it fair? Did you consult your own lawyer before signing it? How long before the wedding did you sign it? These are the questions a judge would ask.
As to if you are entitled to anything, that is for your conscience to decide.

You are only entitled to what the prenuptual agreement states. When you signed your signature as did he you two entered into a legal contract which you both agreed to by signing it.
If your husband was broke you wouldn't be to concerned about that prenuptual agreement would you?

Yes, if you get an attorney almost any prenup can be overruled by a court.
