I dont think thru any public domain is possible..

I do not promote piracy, but as i am sure someone will advise..I will say..

I don't know , Amazon lets you look at many if not all of the pages if you poke around a bit. Also, amazon might be selling the exact book you want for $2. Cheaper than the library if you are bad about returning books on time.

www.google.com has an online library of free books but I am not sure they are up for downloading. Check it out.
