No pills, but they have recently found that Botox injections helps reduce excessive perspiration (and covered under most insurance plans!).
Talk to your dermatologist or doctor about it.

No pills. Aluminum Chloride is a topical serum that, when applied to the affected area (I've only ever heard of under-arms, but would assume other areas would be okay as well), will close the pores and greatly minimize the hyperhidrosis. Word of caution: This is prescription only, should be discussed with your physician before trying it, and may cause severe skin irritation, and/or clogged pores.
My personal experience was that it did make my skin very sensitive, but it worked wonders. I used it for about 2 months, 3 years ago, and am still reaping the benefits.

Haven't heard of any pills, but there is a prescription antiperspirant called Drysol that works really well.

If it is in you're armpits you can get a collagen injection, I don't know about other areas.
