Yes, in most car wash establishments they split the tips among the whole crew. In the case that there is no specific place to put your tip, just give it to the guy who gives you your car back after the wash. After all its hard work, and mostly minimum wage paid.

YES, they are there for you no matter what and if you had a job drying off cars in the heat no matter if you got paid you would want a tip.

at the place where i wash my car, when you get out theres a general box for tips and they split it for everyone, i say yes you should because they are getting minimum wage and live off of tips

ABSOLUTELY! These guys (and gals) work very hard to make sure your car is spotless. The job is hard and the pay is low.

i don't like water stains after washing the car so, yes i tip them because atleast i won't have to do it.

Usually you dont need to. Thats american, in the service you paid for at the desk. Free soda's better just kidding. its hot hard work.
