I've got ATM cards in ACB and ANZ bank. I don't know if I can use them in Ipoh,Perak, Malaysia.
If yes, where can I use it?

Your best bet is to check with you bank first, before departing your home country. Your bank may require you to process some paper works before your ATM cards can be used overseas.
ATMs are everywhere in Malaysia, don't worry.

Most banks in Malaysia do accept international bank cards. Look for those with Plus or Cirrus network and you will be good to go. My guess is that there will be ATMs in the campuses. They can be found along main roads, at bank branches and in shopping malls already.
