No. Have you failed your biology course? Its all about genetics, so it would be impossible to get a woman pregnant in that way. It is only with chromosomes(genetic information) from the human male and female that interact with each other to create a zygote.
The zygote contains all of the genetic information (DNA) necessary to become a child. Half of the genetic information comes from the mother’s egg, and half from the father’s sperm.
The zygote spends the next few days traveling down the Fallopian tube and divides to form a ball of cells. Further cell division creates an inner group of cells with an outer shell. This stage is called a "blastocyst". The inner group of cells will become the embryo, while the outer group of cells will become the membranes that nourish and protect it.
The cells of the embryo now multiply and begin to take on specific functions. This process is called differentiation, which produces the varied cell types that make up a human being (such as blood cells, kidney cells, and nerve cells).

Not just a silly question, but a dumb one too. ALL sperm is male sperm.
Human sperm is only compatible with a human egg. It's called D N A. Related species of animals can breed to develop hybrids. Lions and tigers=Ligers. Wolf and dogs= wolf hybrids.

the difficulty is speciation
humans have a specific number of chromosomes in their cells (26? biology was such a long time ago ...)
and human sex cells (eggs and sperm) have half that
most animals have different numbers of chromosomes, so they wouldn't match up with humans
plus, i dont know - their sperm might be different - like used to different temperatures once inside a female, etc.
either way, a woman could never be impregnated by animal sperm
there are accounts of other animals that are similar that can conceive using their different sex cells, but many of these fetuses are miscarried. also, in the case of like mules, a donkey and horse can mate, but their offspring is born sterile and can never mate.

Animal species cannot usually interbreed...although they've bred tigers with lions, and zebras with horses. However, I'm sure somewhere in the world some demented scientist is probably trying to cross a human with an ape. Besides, if what you're asking about was true...most of the sheep in the world would be giving birth to "sheeple".

No, animal sperm will not fertilize a human egg...nor will human sperm fertilize an animal egg. Cross species breeding has happened...think Horse + Donkey = Mule. But to the best of my knowledge, cross "phyllum" can't happen.
There is no such thing as a stupid question...

nothing. humans have 46 chromosomes (23 in our sex cells) in our DNA, and most animals have a different number (it varies from animal to animal). now i dont know that if you were to take an animal sperm with 46 chromosomes you might be able to impregnate a human egg if the DNA was similar enough, even though i doubt it.
why do you ask? plan on being a mother ; )
oh, and as a remark to orangecountygurl's answer, i knew a girl who gave oral to her dog (no, i am not lying). i stopped talking to her as soon as i found out.

An animal sperm would have a different amount of cromosomes than a male sperm, so it would be impossible for it to match up with the cromosomes in the female egg.

The Germans tried crossbreeding with monkeys/apes with no results to speak of.
I think gene splicing is still the way to go for now, and if you are interested in a super-soldier baby you should contact some of the cloning companies out there. My personal recommendations would include mountain gorilla halfbreeds, grizzly bear halfbreeds, Tiger babies, and perhaps a human/orca halfbreed.
You would definitely win at the summercamp games!

Why would anyone want to have a baby with an animal?? What is this world coming to? We must be really living in the last days!
My goodness..are you that sick? Don't tell me you are trying to get pregnant by your dog or cat??? YUCK! someone should report you for molesting your animal..
Damn right the question is silly..in fact stupid and dumb as hell..
