The only thing that sets the "popular kids" apart from the not so popular is self confidence. The snottiest, most wanted girl and boy in school are likely full of themselves. That does NOT mean you need to be like them. But take note - they can like whatever they want, and everyone will think it's cool. Ten bucks says that if popular girl in school gets an ugly haircut, at least a quarter of the school will get the same hideous cut she has. So, don't be afraid of admitting to others the things that you like. Never put yourself down, to yourself or others. Be proud of who you are, and the things you enjoy doing, and others will notice. You have to like yourself first before you can expect others to.

If there was something that I wish someone might have given me in high school, it would be a rose or just a small bouquet of flowers (nothing fancy)... I was sorta the ugly duckling in high school and very much in the shadow my cooler, more beautiful sister... so that would have been sweet, to have a guy give me a flower.

Be confident in who you are and don't try to "fit in" to be popular because all thoes others following are following a maverik and maverik usually dosen't care what others think they do what they do. If you are confident in yourself (not rude sassy attitude) That will shake the boots of many. Stand Tall Walk tall and make your own style don't feel the need to follow the "dress code" of peer pressure.

Be true to yourself. Don't care so much what others think.

And try for a cute girl or boy. Don't be afraid of rejection.

Oh, but don't go for the top prom queen or top jock, they'll be balding and/or gain hundreds of pounds within ten years. Trust me. You'll wonder what you saw in them!

Gee, I always say to myself if i only i knew in highschool what i knew now I would be the man. Be confident, talk to hella girls, and get good grades. As far as talking to the ladies go get a book or go to thelayguide.com . to get in put Havalishis as the name and emilio as the password, remeber to capitalize Havalishis. Good luck. Oh yeah, if you get the chance to, beat somebody's ***, but do it for a good reason or they could charge you with assault.

The 'red flags', signs, etc, of a user and abuser/cheater. That would have saved me over 20 years of he** with my boyfriends back then and since then.
