I ment a much stronger field, and a very small point.

How strong dose a magnetic field have to be inorder for it to cros into our visable light spectrum.

When you say intense, How intense? I worked on superconductor magnet before and I don't think there is any effect to human...and i believe that that is the strongest magnet that we can made in our technology today. But I am thinking of a magnet which is stronger like the magnetic field of a neutron star.
I would guess that in some degree, the magnet will cause physical problem since there are irons in our blood or other minute amount of minerals in our body.

If the magnetic field is targeted in a single point in space?
If that is possible, Nothing will happen because it is known that the force of magnetism is short distance.

You cannot concentrate the magnetic field like laser, the area of force will be related to its strength. The stronger, the larger area of force due to more magnetic lines.

Magnetism is a kind of force and it will not turn to visible light. Light is made of wave particle duality and is totally different from magnetic lines of force.

I watched a Discovery Channel special about magnetics. It was very interesting. They showed a magnet that was so powerful it could cause a frog to float in the magnetic field because there was a minute amount of magnetic pull on the water molecules within the frog.

Do some research...maybe we can build anti-gravity machines!

The geek above me is right with pretty much everything. Magnetic field of the earth protects us from solar radiation which would kill you...Other phenomena include geomagnetic storms that can knock out power grids on Earth, the aurorae such as the Northern Lights is also caused by the magnetic field of the Earth.

Intense magnetic field would cause a hazard to your body if you present in it.

If any electronic material equipment present their operation would be distorted

these all happens when the object is subjected for a time period.

If any magnetic materials present. magnetic field or magnetic path woudl be bypassed through the material.

However still magnetic field is as hazardous as radioactive field.

Until now that has not been realized

That's going to depend on the "point" targeted, the frequency of the magnetic field, the strength of the field, etc..

What did you have in mind? What is the single point you are thinking about?

Your full name wouldnt be Micheal Faraday would it? : P

An intense magnetic field would tend to align all the dipole moments in a substance, an MRI machine does this to your body to produce its images. It would also attract any naturally magnetic or magneticly charged materials.
