active x control blocking a reliable official site, this is important and please help me fix it.?

Tools/Internet Options/Security/Customize Level

From here you can change the Active X controls. Most of the time when Active X blocks it, a yellow box shows up at the top of the webpage to which you can allow the website to show up.

Try adding the site to trusted sites. Click Tools, Internet Options, Security, Trusted Sites (a green icon) then click the Sites button. Uncheck require https and add the site web page. Click the link below for other possibilities.
