You probably can't. DVD players are not computers, so they can not run software or data files. They can play movies in mpg format and maybe some audio files (wav and maybe mp3) and that is it. DVD players cannot run any other type of presentations, etc. Unless the presentation software you are using as a method to convert the presentation into an mpg movie file, you cannot play it from a DVD player.

What kind of presentation is it? A paper one or a video? Only a video will work in a dvd player. There is some dvd software that comes with printers " HP" You can upload pictures and papers to that burn and play on a dvd player.

I don't know if it's possible to do this with Powerpoint,

I do know it's a built in feature of Keynote (Apple's presentation software for OS X).

Would you be able to specify which program you're using? If so, I could give a more detailed answer.
