I'm a 36DD and would love a reduction...They get in the way and cause backaches. And it is hard to find a cute bra that fits when they are that big. The bras go from being "cute" to being "functional" (just trying to hold the twins in).

If your objective is to get larger tips at the topless bar - Go For It!!
When your breasts are larger than a D, people don't look at you and think, "Wow! She's really nice!" or "What a beautiful Smile!" They think "Hm - Fake ****!"
I'm in the Double D Zone and have spent a lot of time thinking about getting them smaller. I can only echo what others here have already said "Ugly Functional Bras" "Painful" etc.
"C" would be a perfect size! I'd be more than happy w/ C's.
I guess I don't understand why somebody would want larger breasts when they're already a "C". Are you typically insecure? If so, you might want to speak with a therapist first. It could be cheaper and a lot let painful! Make sure you're really doing this for the right reasons. Subjecting your body to unnecessary surgeries is nothing to take lightly. Just like the other guy said, sometimes the body rejects them. I've seen this on a friend of mine - O M G - I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy! It's SO not pretty!

Most of the women that I've been with were a "D" or "DD" cup and they always complained of back problems and unwanted attention. Implants aren't the safest things either. A "36C" sounds like a pretty nice size. Do whats best for your mind and body.

Well, personally, if you are not proportioned right which unless you are a plus size, 36DD is TOO big, then I think it looks acword.. The guys will love it no doubt, but it is going to cause you a lot of back pain and can cause permanent damage to your back.. If you run, they get in your way and if you have kids, you are screwed. My best friend is that size and she really hates them.

Are you nuts? That's totally the perfect size. They're large, but not so large that they cause back problems or look like udders later in life. Enlargement requires regular surgeries to improve them. And your current breasts are free; they're not a huge expense. You also run the risk of losing sensation in them. That'd really suck.

No, that doesn't sound like a good idea. C and D are the best sizes. don't get them enlarged. It'll be bad in the long run.

no My wife is 36c and they are wonderful - 36dd will be to much to weight to carry around. You can not install a zipper to leave them out at times you know.

It all depends upon your body type. A thin person of your bra size already looks big. If you are naturally big boned (don't mistake this for FAT....fat is a different story all together!)....then it might help you look more proportional. If you are fat, then you need to lose weight FIRST to figure out just what will look good.

I have been a 34 DDD since I was 12 (all natural)and I hate them. On the other hand some people love them. The problem is that if you have them put in they will still droop after a few years. not to mention the back and shoulder problems that they cause. The added weight that is placed on your body to me is just not worth it. I want mine off.
