For the toilet, bleach and bleach based scouring cleanser. One of those drop in the tank bleach based blocks too. That keeps mildew/mold from forming and sanitizes. Bleach kills germs and whitens the porcelain.
For the porcelain sink I use bleach based scouring cleanser. But, since I have colored tile and colored grout, that same cleanser stains the grout so I use a liquid cleaner.
I like mr. clean orange or lemon cleanser for tile counters and the floors. It works on the shower stall too and dissolves built up dirt very nicely (with a scouring pad).
Mirrors get a vinegar solution or windex.
Never, ever mix cleansers or use the same sponge to apply different cleansers... chemical reactions can happen and breathing the mixing fumes is a bad thing.
I've tried using just one product on all surfaces, but I never found any one item to clean all surfaces with good results. I've wasted a lot of money over the years, trying this and that cleaning product. Most are a waste of money and do not do as good of a job as the product labels state. Or the product damaged the shiney new faucets. Or it didn't cut through the salt build up.
If you have lots of salt build up in the shower, an acid product and a lot of scrubbing is the only way to get rid of it. We had very dingy shower stalls and I spent hours with lime-away and a scrub brush and rough sponge. Got that stall very clean again and once it dried, I use "rain-x" on the surfaces. The latter is sold for autos and it is used on the windows to repel stains. Works great and my shower has stayed shiney and stain free for months now.

Toilet - Lysol with Bleach, Countertops - 409 or something like that, Shower - Scrubbing Bubbles, Floor - Swiffer Wet Jet.
Yes I know that is a lot of different products, but hey, those are a lot of different surfaces.

I like lysol because it smells good, but otherwise they all work the same, the best cleaner is elbow grease. If you have mildew problems, try leaving the shower curtain/door open with the bathroom fan on if you have one to let the shower air dry so mildew doesn't grow.

I prefer to use straight white vinegar for cleaning sink, counters, & toilet. But I use a combination of vinegar, baking soda, borax & dish soap mixed into a spray container for the fiberglass shower & tub. Cuts the soap scum like a charm!

Well if you think about it like this, all chemicals are natural and therefore cleaning agents are just processed nature. Depends on what you need to do, I paint with oils and I will tell you this, if you don't use bleach or turpentine the paint will never ever come out.

i used to use clorox spray in the tub and sink thinking it would clean better with the bleach thats in it, but a soap scum cleaner is way more effective and the fumes are nowhere near as harsh.
