Most don't have a significant growth spurt untill after puberty.

Dont' worry about it. Mine didn't start growing until 16 and it is a good size now (im 18). The worst part is that you see it and think that it's a problem. I feel sorry for your son, as this is a very private matter and no matter what happens, a mother's concern won't do anything but emotionally scar their son.

Make sure he's eating a healthy diet- plenty of protien and dairy and that's about all you can do for now. Give him time- how old were you when your penis "grew"? I was pretty late- didn't have my first orgasm until I was almost 15...penis hit a growth spurt shortly after.

He is 11...what are you looking at his penis for?He will hit puberty soon....dont worrie about it and leave the child alone for goodness sakes.

Don't worry about it.It just not yet get started!Fresh back to my memories,my penis start grown after I was 16year old!Including to a doctor it just normal.(",)

if you are so concerned that you have to ask on here why dont you talk to your doctor about it im sure your son wont appreciate you talking to the world about this.....
