There are free Guitar lessons on iTunes in the Podcast section. They are done in a video podcast so you can watch. Also you can go to http://www.chordbook.com and they have a nice section to teach guitar. Good luck with your lessons.

musician's friend has a free program that ROCKS for learning at any level go to http://musiciansfriend2.guitarvision.com/default.aspx
