No--but they do have porcelain repair gunk that comes in dang near every color invented---go to your local hardware and inquire--any Home Depot or Lowe's should do--ask in the plumbing dept for the porcelain repair gunk and they'll know exactly what you're after---hope this helps

There are paints specifically designed for porcelain...however, usually you have to have it reglazed.

It would take a lot of prep work as the gloss would have to be removed or the paint will not stick to it

i would think that it would make it shiny.
you can pretty much spray paint anything though.
it might not come out good.
try acrylic paint.
