Motrin is pretty good. Within an hour you will have total pain relief. Buy the gelcaps. They are small and easy to swallow.

If you don't want to take medicine, there is not much that will help. Just wear loose fitting clothing, get a hot mug of tea and snuggle under a blanket in front of the TV until the next day. You should feel better in the morning.

Well, you should drink some green tea. The antioxidants help to soothe the pain in your stomach. At least that's what my sister says. I'm a boy, so I don't PMS. (Glad too...)

Mine are so bad today. Heat pack, camomile or peppermint tea,
drink heaps of water, eat celery, cucumbers, lettuce and apples or pears and lying down in the foetal position.

The pill will help long term...
Short term - advil, tylonal, midol etc etc
More natural short term - banana, heating pad/hot water bottle...

If a couple of aspirin or Midol don't do the trick, try some exercise.
