Actually, being right or left handed is just how you are. In times past, (and even today, unfortunately) parents would try to force a child who was left handed to use his/her right hand. It's not a good situation. The constant harping and criticism would cause the child all kind of problems.
You can, for your own reasons and in your own time and method, practice with your off hand and get better at using it.
You will still be right or left hended, which ever you started as.

It is all in the genes. Right handed people are Left brained. Left hand-ers are Right brained. It is not a learned behavior, although one can become ambidextrous out of necessity. Some cultures frown upon using the left hand for main purposes: Saudi Arabia and India are examples.

Consistently use the left hand and you will get better with it in time..like ppl who lose their writing hand in an accident have to.

yes you can. if you want to become left handed, just practice. you had to practice writing with your right hand so practice with you left. i was born with the ability to use both.

well practise it the same way how you started holding the pencil first.
i have another option but not goodone don't try.
'try to make accident that you fracture espically the wrist part .your right hand.then for atleast 50 days u get to pratise
