What in the Heaven's name? Why in the world would you want to do that? Just think about the concequences of this "interesting" encounter before you'll jump into doing it... It is not right no matter how you feel about this. Plus to that, you might not only go to jail for this for a AT LEAST 5 years (incest and/or rape charges, and they won't go easy on you in court either) and you might also get her pregnant... Because of your relationship to each other and your similar genes, you might get severe pregnancy complecations (i.e.: miscarriage) and/or birth defect (in the worst case scenario, it'll be a still-born). A child might have a mental / psychological / physical problems / complications, that no one is ready to deal with yet. Your sister might end up with permanent case of Post-Partum Depression or any other unforeseen problem that can come out of this (i.e.: psychological problem), that can be brought on by the not yet born baby. In another case, she might unwillingly reject the new-born baby and will not be able to bond with him/her no matter how hard she'll try. Don't do this. You're just risking hurting yourself, your sister, and your family.
To avoid all the problems that can result if you'll follow your decision right now... I know it might be hard to do this but... May I ask you to try and find somebody who'll love you and care for you so much that it'll take your breath away and will be your dream come true? :)

Listen, most of these answers are rooted in religion, and that is a personal choice. It is a medical fact that some issues may occure, but not a 100% chance. I had an experience like this growing up. We are both closer for it, but it was just a teen experience.

Why in the first place would you want to do it with your sister?I think you have a problem.You will go to jail.So if the feeling to go with your sister is so strong that you can't help it go see a doctor for help.Keep your hands of your sister.
