I wouldn't but probaly at the last minute I would be like hey babe I am comin home! Like when my hubby came home from Iraq the first time. He didn't want to tell me but when he got to Germany they had a briefing and they said that if you haven't contacted your family yet do it. They were afraid that spouses would cheat and yes that happens alot.
