Butthead Disorder (BD), also known as Anial-Cranial Inversion Syndrome (ACIS), is a very common disorder, and most likely, the diagnosis was correct. I wouldn't worry about it too much. You're in the majority of people.
As for the second thing, never heard of it. Sounds made up.

Don't worry about a second opinion, I'm sure your family and friends will love you regardless of whether or not you have these disorders. If anyone else believes that you have them, and dislikes you because of it, just remember that buttheads just don't care!

I wouldn't worry. I was recently diagnosed with "Refuckingtardisim" which I'm sure is much worse than either Butthead Disorder or Strange Person disorder.
And WTF means what the f*ck.
