i have small boobs what will help them grow bigg so tell me what kinds of food will help them grow.

I like small boobs. Why do you want to grow them? Grow your thoughts and you will not need to grow anithing else.
By the way there is Plastic Surgery, but I dont like women that do that. They have a weak mind.

I seriously doubt that anything can grow boobs. I think it's most likely generic. By the way, big boobs can actually be very over rated. I know this is hard to believe but not all straight men want big boobs. I rather have a girl with small real ones instead of those fake silicone implants. Implants don't look good or natural. Remember, A woman can be sexy from the inside out. Brains and a sense a humor are incredible sexy.

I am going through the same thing as you, PEER PRESSURE, wanting to grow fast to be like the ~other~ girls. Like if you do not have a decent amount of chest, you are an outcast or something. I tried eating junk food and fattening foods. They are not going to grow like that, you will have to wait. You might get fat in the process if you decide to eat unhealthy foods. Go to the doctor, make sure everything is going smoothy (puberty) and live your life.

American cows are fed steroids to enlarge their udders and muscle. Years of drinking milk and eating american beef will enlarge your breasts if you start at a young age (5-15 years old). You could also try gaining weight but that comes with unwanted side-effects. Having a child is proven to enlarge the breasts a large ammount while nursing but there is also a lasting size after the first child. You could try surgery but what if the surgeon screws up? Just know that most boys have breast fetishes but most men see large breasts as just a nice extra so please consider all the options.

i read an article that a celeb put her hands in the holy water and begged and prayed for boobs and it worked, theye even checked to see if they were fake and they were real...believe what you want...if you gain a little weight though it mostly goes to your ****. so put on like 5 lbs and your set, if not opectoral mucle exercises (the muckles on your chest) if you make them bulkyer it makes your boobs look bigger eventhough its the mucles behind it has the same lok, trust me:P

Theres really nothing you can do....i dont know how old you are but if your really young then they will grow through puberty....if u had puberty already then your pretty much **** out of luck unless you want surgery

Sometiimes if you massage them it tricks your body into thinking that a baby is trying to get milk, so your body will start producing milk and your breasts will get larger....this doesn't always work (it sure helped me though).

the only proven method is augmentation,be careful with the food method , It may not enlarge your brest but it's guaranteed to enhace your rear end.
