The only pregnancy test that is 100% accurate is a blood test. Also remember though any pregnancy test that shows a positive result is right. You can have a false negative but not a false positive. All urine tests go by the amount of HcG you have in your urine. Make sure to hold it for about 4 or 5 hours before you take it. Good Luck

No home test pregnancy kit is 100%. If you want a 100% result, the best idea is to check with your doctor

No, read the box! most are 99%, but you are more likely to get a false negative (you really are but it says you aren't) than a false positive (you really aren't but it says you are).
