I can't access a web page that I need how do I change my explorer settings so I can get the page since it's

Try this:

-Click Tools
-Internet Options
-Settings button
-Move the slider on the Temprary Internet files folder a bit (amount of disk space to use, so you have more space for web site cookies.
-Click OK
-Click apply and OK
