they are similar in style..good question..the difference between them is dd's radar so he could sense nw's attack..slight edge to dd...

Daredevil.
Batman and Daredevil have fought before (Wizard magazine), with Batman narrowly winning. Nightwing isn't as good at combat as Batman, plus Batman uses his head (outwits) most of his opponents (that's how he beat Daredevil).
Nightwing can fly (sort of), and is a great martial artist. Daredevil is the Man Without Fear, a gifted athlete, and also a great martial artist.
The fight would go on for a while, but Daredevil's enhanced senses would help him win out in the end.

Daredevil would win in a fight he's jus that much better in fighting then the former Robin. Unless the Bats got involved that is . but that would be cool to see Batman and Nightwing vs Daredevil and Spiderman. u should do that match

Gotta go with Nightwing.
Its not that Daredevil isnt better, its just that Nightwing would waste him since he is the former Robin.

Daredevil. His radar sense would able him to always know what Nightwing would be doing.
