I have a habit of getting depressed around birthday. Please help me.

My friends can't come. They are in different states. College is on summer break so they all went back home.

Vegas Baby and if your friends can't come I'm pretty sure you can make some there, I always do when go plus the clubs are so f-ing off the hook , I'll be in Vegas tonight for the whole month maybe I might see you there ...... Well, I would go out to a movie with someone,have a BUNCH of junk-food,then go shopping for about an 1hour or 2. Then ask the person you are with to buy you dinner. That is what i did. It was a blast!:)

gather a group, a crush, or family and head to a local comedy club...what a great pick me up...if you go to somesort of improv one or comedy sports; they even have event higlights or ask for volunteers...then go out for icecream!
