I have noticed that also. There are two sounds when you pee the hiss near your body and the splash in the toilet.
Guys have a louder splash because usually standing, so gravity has increased the speed of the "water". But for girls the hiss sound is surprisingly loud! I know exactly what you are talking about! Boys don't really make the hissing sound at all!
My guess is that it's because with girls/women the opening is much closer to the bladder muscles so it's going faster and it makes a louder sound when it hits the air, and in guys the opening is a few more inches away from the bladder muscles (we hope) and so it is slowed down more before it first hits the air.

Heres yet another blonde falling comic tale!!! A blonde, brunette and definite a redhead were stranded in a burning progression and were on the window screaming for help from the fifteenth floor. The firemen were on the bottom and requested them to leap one through 1 into an outstreched blanket, so the brunette went first, she took objective and jumped, yet ignored the blanket and died. The redhead went next and an same element happend. Now got here the blondes turn, so previously she ought to leap she instructed the firemen to depart the blanket on the floor and step faraway from it!!!! properly and then she jumped!!!
