i'm 13 and having a boy-girl party. i'm scared that its gonna suck and no boys will come! do u have any advice how to calm my nerves (and/or suggestions on what to DO at said party)?

I'm 13, and I've had tons of killer parties. 1st of all, make the invitations creative. Don't just write, "come to my party," and expect people to show up. Make your invitations stand out! There also has to be music. Hire a DJ! I love DJ's. They're the life of the party, besides the host! (You) Make sure you have a sweet place to have the party. My basement is the best place ever (arcade games, pool table, flat screen TV, etc...) so that's where I have my parties. If you don't want to have a "house party," rent a warehouse or another cool place.Then buy tons of snack food that everyone will enjoy. Also, buy cool lights and other decorations to make it look perfect! If you want a lot of people to come, tell your friends to invite their friends, and their friends to invite other friends. Soon you'll have a KILLER party! Be calm, your party is gonna rock! (If it sounds like nobody is gonna be able to make it, make a "rain date" for your party. lol)

Minnie--Hey--at 13 if you've got girls--you've got boys--be sure to pile on the snacks and sodas--the girls may be thinking of their figures but the guys want stuff and they'll hit you hard and heavy so be ready--if the stuff plays out they'll stick long enough to get another point or two with the ladies and then they'll be gone----calm down though--you're about to be the hit of the season and people who weren't there are going to be hounding you to have another where they can come----as far as the nerves thing goes just understand one thing you're providing the place--the goodies --some basic entertainment (hopefully) and the opportunity to mix it up---the rest is up to them---you're gonna do great and I'll be wishing you well------Good Luck

Just breath there baby girl there will be some boys relax!!
Just try to get your mind off of if you can. It will be the best party of the summer ok? Just be your self! By the way, do your parents approve of this? Are they going to be there? I couldn't go to a b/g party till at least maybe high school. Yeah my folks were pretty over protective of me. But have fun sweetie!

Well just calm down take a deep breath, try not to really let it serious you out, just invite boys that u know will come and think it's a boys and girls party who wouldn't want to come to that right there,. just be calm

I would not worry about it, just have fun! Whoever shows, it will still be the talk of your friends for a great while!! Also those who missed it will regret it, so plan another and even more people won't want to miss it!!
