Exactly...it's hard to say because people are always dying and new lives are always coming into the world. I would say just over 6 billion.

last i checked it was about 6.5 billion. Just think, thats about 13 billion bowel movements a day that this earth must endure. Thats 91 billion bowel movements in a week, or 2,372,000,000,000 bowel movements a year. Thats assuming 2 bowel movements per person per day. Im not counting the holidays where some may have as much as 3 or 4 bowel movements per day.
