I once saw an episode of the Twilight Zone, where a young lady had plastic surgery. The doctors and nurses kept telling her to not be too hopeful because it may not have worked, in the mean time you never saw the faces of the nurses or doctors. When they finally uncovered her face and she looked in the mirror she became hysterical because she was still "ugly", by our standards she was very beautiful. When they finally showed the nurses and doctors faces, they looked like pigs, snout and all. Told her how sorry they were, and whispered to each other about the tragedy of her not looking like everyone else.
