I'm running a new ETen OM600+ PPC/Phone - trying to AC it to my Dell Inspiron 9300 Laptop.
PPC - has mobile 5 Dell has mobile AS 4.1 newly installed.
I am connecting thru my cradle from the com port in the back.
Having two problems -1) Each time I connect to sync I am booted off of my wireless connection to the net on my laptop. To reconnect I have to disconnect the cable completely and reboot the computer - I can't even to a *repair connection*. There is some kind of conflict there but I can't find it for the life of me. 2) Even if I do get booted off the net, in favor of an AS connection - it will not sync with my PPC - it says it is but the first time it did but will not do it since. I have changed info and it will not update.

Ohhh boy - sure was hoping someone had something for me to try since I already had the SP2. Searched the web and still can't find answers to this problem.

Go to Control Panel , then Systems.

What operating system do you have?

I heard people with Windows XP SP1 are having problems with Active Sync. You might want to upgrade to SP2.
