Now enjoy calls to and from any other Cingular customer anywhere in the nation while in your Rate Plan Calling Area. With Cingular Mobile to Mobile, your Mobile to Mobile coverage area is the same as your rate plan calling area.
Mobile to Mobile minutes do not roll over, and are available only on select plans. Mobile to Mobile may be used when directly dialing any other Cingular phone number from within your calling area.

No it's not. Mobile to mobile is use when people have the same phone service. Cingular and Cingular. T Mobile and T Mobile. And most of the time you have to pay for mobile to mobile service. I guess it depends on the company.

Any mobile phone calling another mobile phone IS called mobile to mobile. However, unless both of the phones are on the same network (e.g., Cingular, Verizon, Sprint, etc.), you will be charged. If both ARE on the same network, then the minutes will probably be free.
