Yes, IE has a nice and simple tool for offline browsing. Here's how to do it:

1. Open the website that you want to save
2. Click on the Favorites menu and click Add to Favorites
3. Give a suitable name to your Website
4. Check the box 'Make available Online'
5. Click the button 'Customize' beside the 'Make available Offline' checkbox.
6. Here you can select the depth of the links of your website
7. A more deeply linked website would take more time to download and take more hard disk space. So, choose wisely.
8. Click next
9. In this page you can select when to Synchronize (Automatic or Manual)
10. Next provide any password your site needs to allow you in.
11. Click finish and thats it!
Enjoy your offline connectivity!

Go to TOOLS then internet options. Click on your history settings and there is a pathway to its current location. You need to follow that directory and go to that directory. Copy all the files or move that folder to somewhere else if you want it for later use.
