Men for some strange reason have a hard time saying I love you because they don't tend to fall in love as fast as a women. One thing I know from experience is when us women love we love hard, and we don't mind giving our all into our relationship. Now I am not speaking of all men are this way, but just some. Look at it this way when the right man comes along he wont ever mind telling how much he loves you and how much he cares for you.

They don't when they really truly love you. And when they do truly love you, they show it more than they will actually speak those words. Men don't want to tell you "I love you" every five minutes, nor do they want you to tell them that in that fashion. Say it when it counts because it has more meaning that way. My boyfriend says it often enough, yet he certainly doesn't punctuate every sentence he says to me with "I love you Honey." Actions speak even louder so pay attention to those sweet things he does. Examples: my boyfriend leaves for work before I do and when I stay at his place, he'll wake me up with a kiss and then go out on the porch to read the paper and have a cigarette. When I make my way out there, he has my 2 favorite sections of the paper waiting in front of the chair. These small gestures speak volumes and say "I love you" without saying a word.

A guy is a guy, A girl will be a girl. Most girls fall in love with the guy before he falls in love with her. The men are supposed to be the strong type. Not to buckle at the knees. They want you to right at their toes. When he tells you that he loves you, it can only be for one of two reasons. One, he is an honest man and does love you. Or two- he is telling you that he loves you so that you will give him what he wants.
Its messed up but that is sometimes how they work.
Don't get your dress over your head too fast. Take it slow.

It is not hard to say I love you if you truly love the person, even how tough a guy is he will really say that magic word for the right person... believed me I am the kind of person you are referring.

sometimes it's better that way. if they treat u good anyhow and not mention it, then it's all alright. i know girls need to hear sweet words every now and then, especially if they have fallen so deep for the guy, but it doesnt work tht way for guys. guys arent connected with their emotions same way as girls are. however, in some cases, they lose their love once they say it tht they make u regret wanting to hear it!

Well not all of them; it's just that for some of us it really feels awkward... corny as it may sound it seems like some part of our masculinity would be taken away if we dared say such things. As far as I'm concerned I have no issues with saying "I love you" but I have friends to which saying this is next to impossible.

Because some of them think it means "Here are my nuts in a nice little gift box." They are sure they will not have another happy or independent moment as long as they live. In other words...FEAR. What complicates this is...occasionally, (very seldom, but occasionally) they are right if they have picked the wrong woman.
