i don't like to eat a lot in front of my boyfriend, but i do eat.
Let her know that guys like girls who can eat and that her boyfriend will start to wonder after a while if she won't

Tell her to grow up. How can she even be old enough to have a boyfriend and cant eat in front of him--quite juvenile.
