It's kinda tough to trade these guys right now. If it were up to me, I would have to pull the trigger immediately before things goes worse for these guys. Some players that you get right now out of these two could be Reggie Bush, Dunn, W. Parker, Droughns, McGahee. You can also try for Manning (Eli, not Peyton), S. Moss, Chambers, Brady, Palmer. These are my suggestions, but if you want to trade Benson and McAllister for some good players, you gotta do it fast and do it now while there still time.

I don't know who is available; however, I wouldn't expect too much for both players given their current situations.
