Oh......that stupid conspiracy theory c.r.a.p. again.
Just because you hear/read/see it on the Internet doesn't make it true!
9/11/2001 happened because a bunch of Islamofacists thought they could send our great country into a tailspin by attacking the heart of our country. The Islamo Fascists were wrong. Our people did not collapse into a frightened mass of jello.
The islamofacists are on the run. If you were to read legitimate news sources, or watch Fox News or even CNN you'd be much better informed.
Oh, and the 9/11 plot was planned during the CLINTON administration. During the CLINTON administration the Islamofacists bombed the WTC, blew up two US Embassies, and caused the Black Hawk Down tragedy. How the CLINTON administration reacted emboldened Osma Bin Laden to up his plans and plan the hijacking of the jets and crashing them into the WTC and the Pentagon.
Islamofacisim didn't start with the Bush Administration.
Now, go READ legit news sources. You'll sleep better at night.

Our government has no problem sacrificing hundreds of thousands of people for their own gain, Americans included

I don't believe that our government caused their deaths, so no I don't think they would sacrifice them for their own gain. But I'm pretty sure they wouldn't hesitate to use the situation for their own personal agenda.
