ok, first get a decent stance, when you swing bring your knob to the ball and never just swing your barrel, when you swing never roll your wrists and hit the ball on a level swing.always step towards the pitcher and keep your eye on the ball and check where the pitcher releases, that tels you if its high or low. good luck.

Really without seeing your swing it is impossible to really tell what's going on. I had a similar problem earlier in the season, here's what I did.

Crouched down a bit more in my stance, make it that your eye will be closer to seeing the ball allowing you to possibly get the ball into the air.

Maybe your opening up too soon? By the time your bat makes contact, you should be starting or in the middle of pivoting your backfoot. If you are opening up too soon, your power is heavily diminshed.

Typically, if you're hitting nothing but ground balls you're topping the ball. I usually reccommend to my players in the same (or opposite) situation to change their stance a little. In your case start with your feet closer together (shoulder width or closer) and try taking a slightly larger step. Practice this off a Tee or soft toss first to see if it helps.
BTW, shoot for line drives not pop flies.

relax, it's all about timing and seeing the ball. what you need to stop doing is swinging at the top of the ball. start trying to slice it in half. it's all about see ball, hit-ball, goodluck!
