I think we would all like to change what we see in the mirror. It is something in the human psyche that makes us want to alter ourselves to become "perfect". The funny thing is if we actually made these changes we would probably only want to carry on changing things. Maybe we would never be happy.
I think many of us are perfect as we are and as long as we have people around us who love us that is all that matters.

The answer for me: YES & NO>>
I think there are times when we all look into the mirror and don't like what we see looking back at us: and it is not always the physical reflection either!!
We all go through stages where we are not happy with our own reflections. Some would like to lose/gain weight: tone/build muscle: change our hair: loose a few wrinkles: turn the clock back x y z years maybe, to when we felt we were in our prime: It's only natural.
But some look and see the other side: where have all the years gone? what have I achieved? Why did I say/do that? Why did I not do this or that when I had the chance? Im a failiour/fantastic: I feel ****, I Look Great!!
Some choose to change their appearance on the outside: thats ok for them if they feel they must.. me I am happy with that... Its the person I am on the inside that I am more concerned about...as that person governs the person who is on the outside, and the person I am.

No, I don't like what I see. In my head I'm a strong, slim, energetic person. In the mirror I see a thin, weak, disabled thing. I'd prefer to be what I was.

I like what I see when I look in the mirror. As they say, you have to be comfortable with your body before you can let others become comfortable with it.
P.S. Why so angry? The avatar, I mean.

Sometimes i feel really bad about my body but come to think of it, i'm not overweight or underweight so i usually decided to be more happy with it.
