Smaller, old style bowling alley, near Putnam County ?

I know the 2 bowling alleys that used to be in Putnam County Illinois (100 miles southwest of Chicago) were destroyed (fire and tornado). Does anyone know of another smaller venue with 4 to 8 lanes (maybe 12) that has not been overly modernized. This is for location shooting of the feature film Putnam County Law. Aside from the 10 pts, you might end up with a location credit.
