Like the match against Ghana, we also see that there are no african referees at the world cup, this is sad and does'nt speak well of FIFA,and their talk against racism and a free fair and united footfall ball world.

It's nothing to do with racism. There's a shortage of african teams because not many of them are good enough to qualify.
as for the USA v Ghana game, Ghana got away with murder on pitch, not to mention a decidedly dodgy penalty that gave them the winning goal.

if you will notice, the referee's picked are the top ranked in the world BEFORE they get to the world cup. Second, while watching the game today between ghana and usa i was embarrassed for all of africa that ghana would represent their country and continent with such bad sportsmanship. Stalling the clock and taking dives to slow down the game are meant for american football, not something as clean and beautiful as the world cup. The usa didn't play well enough to win today but ghana disgraced everybody by winning the way they did. How can you say anything about racism when 95% of the teams participating have members from more then one race. I think you should get over yourself.

African teams (from what I've seen) play a way more physical game than the rest of the world. So they typically have problems when they have to play outside of Africa. But they can overcome them as Nigeria did in 1994. Maybe Africa should invite more non-african refs to do their matches so they can get used to the generally accepted international manner of play. If they don't, they're always going to get more calls against them.
I have to agree with Krista about all the diving by the Ghanaians, that was pretty phony and lame.

I think this is because it is not very often that african teams get to the World Cup and when they do they are eliminated early. There should african referees
