You're right. He filmed "Secret Window" about a half hour from where I live and I was there. Before leaving, he signed autographs for absolutely everyone. I had my picture taken with him and he put his hand behind my back. I thought celebrities didn't like to touch people. My dad couldn't take a proper picture for the longest time but Johnny joked about it and waited until we got a good shot. I adore him. I used to listen to Vanessa Paradis when I was a kid. Does anyone remember "Joe le taxi"?
