Take hormones that change your cycle...
There hasn't been much testing on this but if the natural order of things is once a month, i wouldn't change it...:)

You can skip periods on the Pill, either by taking Seasonale which gives you four periods a year, or by taking regular monthly birth control pills continuously (skip the placebo week and move straight on to the next pack.) It's effective and believed to be safe for at least the occasional skipping of a period; there isn't enough long-term research to say whether it's safe to skip them indefinitely. You may find that you start spotting after skipping two or three anyway. Also, lots of women don't get their period while on the depo shot.

No, your menstral cycle is the bodies way of cleansing itself. We just have to deal with it. There is a new birthcontrol pill that can shorten the days we have periods. Some people don't get them when they are on the birthcontrol shot. Talk to your doctor.

Depo Provera rocks! It is a shot you take 4 times a year and NO MORE PERIODS!!!

talk to your Dr. about getting on birth control and what kind. some kinds of birth controls will stop your period.
