Totally normal if it is a few stray hairs here and there. Not normal if more than that. If it seems excessive to you, ask your doctor on your next visit. It could be a hormonal imbalance, such as too much testosterone.

Nothing to worry about weather you are a guy or a girl, its normal if it bothers you that much, pluck it, that s what I do!!

Sorry to say it's normal.My sister has one stray hair that grows right outside her nipple.Trust me it's no big deal.She plucks it once a month.

There is a gland condition that does that. Adrenal maybe?
Certainly if you see a doctor for something else ask about it.

i think its normal though you might want to have it check just to make sure that you don't have a hormonal issue, like too much testosterone, which if you are child bearing age, then it could cause a problem with conceiving
also you could use Nair, i wouldn't shave it, who wants stubble there?
