I would bring a beautiful woman carrying a backpack that contained lots of dried fruit and beef jerky and a water purification system and a nice bikini for her and a pair of swim trunks for me.
That is what I would bring it it were a tropical island.
If it were like an Island off of the coast of Alaska, then I would scrap the woman, and bring a large sailboat that could get me off of the island.

I would have to bring my xm sattelite protable radio so I can keep up on the news and what is happing in the world. Also so I can listen to my music when I get bored.
