Considering moving to Montreal,, does anyone know what advantages there would be ?

Way less segrigation, assuming u live in a part that still has some(as alot of GA still does nowdays) It's deffinitely cooler, that could either be a plus or a bad thing depends on ur personal opinion. Personally it's alot more beautiful looking in Canada than in US, especially southern. They get lots of snow(along w/the climate, can be either way depending on what u like) hope you find the right place!

I don't know if these would be considered ADVANTAGES, but you have a very different climage in Montreal than Atlanta. Montreal is a bit of a metropolis unto itself - some who live there think there is no other place in Canada that anyone could POSSIBLY want to live. Also, Montreal is in Quebec, which means you will be dealing with French as well as English. There is sorta a "Francophone" side of the city and an "Anglophone" side, although I've never had too many problems.
