you will need to check your settings, some times the computer is set up to shut down if it encounters a fatal error or " BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH" do this ...right click on START, PLACE YOU MOUSE POINTER ON ADMINISTRATIVE TOOLS, THEN RIGHT-CLICK ON EVENT VIEWER, THEN RIGHT -CLICK ON APPLICATION OR SYSTEM, it will have a warning sign that says something about whats causing you shutdown, you might have to research the answer through THE HELP SYSTEM IN WINDOWS or on microsoft .com or you right-click on START, put your mouse pointer on CONTROL PANEL, then right-click on SYSTEM , then right-click on ADVANCED, go down to START-UP AND RECOVERY and check your settings, where it says SYSTEM FAILURE, make sure AUTOMATIC RESTART is unchecked. and that WRITE A EVENT TO THE SYSTEM LOG and SEND A ADMINISTRATIVE ALERT is checked. then try again, a error should show up explaining the problem so you can use the WINDOWS TROUBLE SHOOTER. to solve this problem.

Sounds like either a problem with the registry(inner workings of a computer) or a virus. I would reinstall Windows and scan for viruses (scan first). You should probaly take it to a shop.

you have a virus and you need to find it and delete it or eventually you will need a new harddrive. buy a virus protction software and run the virus protection or if you have one run the virus scan.

It may be hardware driver problem.
Reinstall your Windows and if it doesn't help then it may be hardware (or driver) problem.
