what is an oil party? lol I would use soap and water.

why are you at an oil party first off but seeing as how thats beyond the point to get rid of the oil dont just use water you will need to use dawn and clorox bleach try not to get it in you eyes

go to wal-mart, to the car section, and buy Mechanics Hand Goop. It is totally safe to use and will remove baby oil and vaseline in just minutes.

Dish detergent and water works wonders.
If it's on a person, just use soap and water and repeat a few times. The detergent might be too strong.

not all soaps are created equal. try a shampoo that is used for "clarifying". there's also something by schwartzkobpf (spelling?) in their "got2B" line called "unstuck" or "unglued"... it will take anything unnatural you put in/on your hair.
