It's the Target Admissions Support Center (TASC). They recruit for major colleges in your local area.
I called them myself and said it was on my cell phone. She advised that it's an automated system that calls (on a phone dialer) from a call center.

is this a new cell phone? or a new number for you? it could be nothing more than someone trying to get in touch with the person who used to have the number before you and they are just hanging up when someone they don't know answers. When I first got my cell phone I got a lot of hang up calls and one interesting caller who spoke to me. He said something like "Yow, baby! Is the doctor in? I need a prescription!" Hmmmm, I wonder who had my number before me? *eyeroll*

If someone calls you from an 800 number over and over, you can set your pc to call them like 1000 times while you are on vacation or wherever. It costs them for every call. Fair play I think.

I do not know what this number is but i think it might be a spam or virus on ur phone.Just call ur phone company and they will fix it.
